This product detects key antifungal resistance mutations in Candida auris: azole resistance mutations in the ERG11 gene (positions 395 and 428) and echinocandin resistance mutation in the FKS1 gene (position 1916). It enables rapid identification of resistant strains to guide targeted antifungal therapy.
